ABA Treatment Program

Our approach to strengthening beneficial behavior

Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) is a powerful, research-driven approach to helping children with autism learn more effectively. ABA is used to help children learn skills and also manage their behavior.

Here at Eagle Behavioral Healthcare Services, Inc., your child will get a customized treatment plan after the initial assessment. The goals of the treatment plan will include reducing challenging behaviors, encouraging functional communication, and also reinforcing positive behavior. The treatment plan will be developed and supervised by one of our BCBAs, and your child will receive an intensive 1:1 treatment program. The ultimate goal will be to promote successful learning and growth and help children navigate everyday life at home and in the community successfully.

Counseling

Know that the reality is not the end.

A lot of families struggle when their children are newly diagnosed with a lifetime handicapped. Research has shown that a high percentage of marriages struggle once a child gets diagnosed with autism or any other disability.

Eagle Behavioral Health Services is dedicated to offering counseling services to families and individuals that need them. We offer these services through our ABA services in a multilingual and multicultural way.

The mature adult female therapist listens compassionately to the unrecognizable female client share her problems.

Licensed Medical Mental Health Care

The hand of mental health reaching you

We have different available clinicians who offer specific treatment areas and most of them are multilingual to cater to the needs of our community.

Additionally, we offer group counseling and workshops based on the needs of our patients. We serve the surrounding community which is mostly an immigrant population who are under economic and language disadvantage and have social-economic barriers in accessing mental health services for themselves and their children.

Some of the issues we treat include depression, anxiety, drug abuse, grief, panic disorders, sexual abuse, and dementia. Many of our clinicians work with children and adolescents to treat behavioral disorders, ADHD, and other hyperactivity disorders. We offer counseling for couples, relationships, and families to assist in issues surrounding adoption.

Parent Education

Encouraging mental health education

Parents’ involvement is a core aspect of the ABA treatment for a child. Our BCBAs will offer training to parents and families and the children’s caregivers on effective strategies in caring for their children. They will learn positive behavioral strategies, principles of ABA, and how to encourage self-help skills for their children. Parent training can occur at home, in the community, and online as needed.
